What is the difference between carpet area and super built-up area?

Carpet area is the usable floor area inside your walls. Super built-up area adds a share of common areas — lobbies, staircases, shafts. The ratio between them is the loading factor, and we compute and display it on every floor plan rather than leaving it for you to work out.

How does the payment schedule work?

Payments are staged against genuine construction milestones — foundation, structure, finishing, possession — never a flat upfront demand. Each project's page states its own schedule; nothing is collected ahead of the stage it's tied to.

Can I book from outside India?

Are home loans available for these projects?

Where a project has a bank tie-up in place, the lender has already reviewed the project's title and approvals, which shortens your loan sanction process. You are free to bank with any lender of your choice regardless.
