Terms of Use

Effective 1 January 2026

Template content, not legal advice. This page is placeholder language for prototype purposes and has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Replace it with counsel-reviewed text specific to ABC Developers before this site handles real transactions.

Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site — you’re still welcome to contact us directly by phone or email.

What this site is

This website is an informational and enquiry channel for ABC Developers’s residential projects. Nothing on it constitutes a legal offer, invitation to contract, or binding commitment. A project purchase is only formalised through the executed agreement of sale signed between ABC Developers and the buyer, not through anything submitted or displayed on this site.

Accuracy of content

We try to keep prices, areas, possession dates, approval statuses and specifications current, and we publish updates as they happen rather than after the fact. That said, all figures on this site are indicative and subject to the terms of the executed agreement of sale for a given unit — the agreement, not the website, is the authoritative document. Images not of the actual property (renders, stock photography, generated concept imagery) are labelled “artist’s impression” wherever used.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and branding on this site belong to ABC Developers unless otherwise credited (see the Disclaimer page and our photography credits). You’re welcome to link to this site; reproducing its content elsewhere without permission isn’t.

No professional advice

Content on this site — including editorial articles under Insights — is general information, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making a purchase decision.

Limitation of liability

ABC Developers isn’t liable for losses arising from reliance on this website’s content beyond what’s required by applicable law, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and business evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
