A new developer, built by people who've done this before.
ABC was founded in 2025. We are not going to pretend otherwise — instead, here is who we are, what we believe, and how we build.
Addresses a family still points to in thirty years.
Most residences are sold once and forgotten. We want ABC’s to be the ones a neighbourhood still uses as a landmark — not because they were the tallest or the loudest, but because they were built to last past the people who built them.
A small number of residences, held to one standard.
We take on a small number of projects each year, document every approval and specification openly, and stay on each one until it is delivered — rather than starting the next before the current one is finished.

We started this company to build to a standard we could sign our names to.
ABC was founded in 2025 by four people who had spent their careers building for other companies — as a delivery head, a design architect, a structural engineer and a compliance counsel. Between us, we had signed off on buildings we were proud of, and a few decisions we would not repeat.
We started ABC to make those decisions ourselves, in the open. That means naming our consultants instead of hiding behind adjectives, publishing our approvals before a buyer has to ask, and stating our possession dates as commitments rather than estimates.
We are a new company and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our first projects are underway across Hyderabad, and everything about how we are building them — the approvals, the specifications, the construction progress — is published on this site as it happens, not written up after the fact.
Five things we commit to, specifically enough to be checked.
- Every specification sheet names the brand and model — never “premium fittings.”
- Carpet area and super built-up area are both stated, with the loading factor calculated, on every floor plan.
- A structural engineer's sign-off is published at foundation, slab and superstructure stage — not only at handover.
- The sample sale agreement is downloadable from the project page before you enquire, not after.
- A published, dated snag-list walkthrough happens with every buyer before keys are handed over.
Transparency
If a number affects a buyer's decision, it belongs on the page before they have to ask for it.
Patience
We would rather hold a launch by a quarter than open a gate before the road behind it is finished.
Precision
A drawing is a promise. We spec what we intend to build, and build what we specced.
Accountability
Every approval, consultant and construction update on this site carries a name — including ours.
